Would you like to earn credit toward NAWBO activities by participating in NAWBO activities? We bet you would! Let us present to you our newest Member Benefit—NAWBO Bucks.
Members will receive, at the time of their participation, paper certificates in various denominations. It is the member’s responsibility to keep the certificates (no record of your receipts will be kept) and to redeem them for future NAWBO activities.
Activity Receive NAWBO Bucks
Join $10 toward your first meeting
Renew $10 when you renew your membership
Recruit New Member $5 each member who joins
Elect to Board $30 when term begins
Retire from Board $30 when term ends
Committee $15 includes special service such as writing news release
Regular Meetings (each) $1 where there is a fee to attend
Major Meeting Attendance $5 Annual Membership Meeting, Glass Ceiling Awards
Conference $25 not available if a stipend is awarded
Public Policy Days $15 not available is a stipend is awarded

You may redeem your NAWBO Bucks at an event after the event at which you receive the Bucks.
If you participate in an activity for which you receive a stipend (Conference or Public Policy Days participation) you will not be elibigle to receive NAWBO Bucks for that activity, but you may REDEEM your Bucks for your financial obligation of that activity. NAWBO Bucks are redeemable only through NAWBO South Jersey (NSJ).
NSJ will not award Bucks for attendance at meetings which are free to members. Also, Bucks may only be redeemed for NSJ activities, products, and National Annual Conferences.
