Tracy Shields is co-owner of N3 Oceanic, Inc., maker of Res-Q products, a mid-size vitamin supplement corporation whose products are endorsed by celebrities such as Frankie Avalon, Dr. Oz Garcia and Hugh Douglas. She graduated from Rutgers University-Camden, magna cum laude, with a degree in English Literature and Journalism, is a Phi Beta Kappa and a published writer. She was recently featured in SJ Magazine (May, 2012).

Alea McVay is the owner of A & M Bookkeeping Enterprises (AMBE), a full service bookkeeping, accounting and virtual administrative assistance company. Alea is a proud member of AIPB and has over 15 years bookkeeping experience. She currently works full-time as a bookkeeper/payroll manager at the Jewish Federation of Southern NJ and Jewish Community Voice. Donald N. Elsas is an Attorney at Law, with his office in Moorestown, New Jersey where he practices as a solo practitioner. Mr. Elsas has 36 years of broad civil practice experience, focusing his practice in the area of Family Law, including divorce, separation, custody, and pre-relationship agreements for both traditional and non-traditional families. Two years after beating cancer, James decided it was the perfect time to pursue his dream of opening a business. In May 2011, he founded Seraphin Group LLC, a financial planning and investment management company. Seraphin Group’s mission is simple, to provide people of all income levels the sincere investment advice that they deserve without any of the extra, and often unseen, fees. James is a member of the CFA Institute, and investing has been a passion of his since he was thirteen years old. But his battle with cancer ignited another passion within him, giving back.
James currently serves on the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Young Professionals Committee and has been recognized as one of their top fundraisers each year since 2009. He is anxious to bring that same enthusiasm and experience to NAWBO South Jersey. James joined NAWBO after being very impressed by the organization and the quality of its members. As the Media Relations Chair, James hopes to play a positive role in the advancement of NAWBO’s mission.
